This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains how Printify collects, uses, and discloses information from Participants who access and use the Community. Beyond the Privacy Policy, your use of the Community is also subject to Printify Sellers Club Terms of Service (“Terms”).

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time. We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in the law, our data collection and use practices, the features of our Services, or advances in technology. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy whenever you access the Community or otherwise interact with us to stay informed about our information practices and the choices available to you. If we make any material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you via the email address provided when registering for the Service and we will also post the updated Privacy Policy here.

The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. Please review the changes carefully. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will mean you consent to and accept those changes. If you do not consent to such changes, you should stop using our Services.

Any term not defined herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Terms.

  1. Terms govern the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information of Participants using the Service. By registering for the Service, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Privacy Policy of the Terms.

  2. By registering for or using any Service, Participants hereby give voluntary and knowing consent to the Community Owner to film, produce, make video recordings, and/or develop electronic recordings of the Service that may often include the Participants (i.e., the Organizer may record the visual image and audio of Participants, including questions asked by the Participants).

  3. Any content Participants share or create in connection with the Service or any information Participants share with the Community Owner or other Participants during the Service or any post-course surveys or feedback is not considered to be confidential.

  4. The Community Owner may collect personal information from Participants, including but not limited to: 4.1. Name, contact information (e.g., email address, phone number), and professional information (e.g., job title, company name) provided during registration. 4.2. Information shared during the Service, such as questions, comments, or survey responses, communication with other Participants, requests to the customer support and other content. 4.3. Payment related information, such as credit card or other financial information, is collected by the Organizer's third-party payment processor on our behalf when Participants make a purchase through the Community.

  5. When Participants access or use the Community, the Community Owner and its third-party partners may automatically collect information provided by the Participants, information about how Participants access and use the Community and information about the device Participants use to access the Community, including: 5.1. Identifiers, such as Participants' IP address, internet service provider, the type of mobile device Participants use, the temporary or persistent unique device identifiers (sometimes called UDID), and identifiers associated with browser cookies, web beacons and similar technologies the Community Owner deploys on the Community. 5.2. The Community Owner and its third-party partners may collect information about the devices and computers Participants use to access the Community, such as browser type, language, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, and hyperlinks clicked. When Participants use the Community, Community Owner may collect usage information sent by Participants' computer, mobile, or other access device of how Participants are using the Community and other information about their internet activity (“Usage Information”), including the pages visited, the links clicked, the ads viewed and clicked on, videos watched, purchase information and checkout process, Participants' location when they access or interact with the Community, and other similar actions. The Community Owner may also use third-party tools to collect Usage Information provided or information about how Participants use the Community and may record their mouse movements, scrolling, clicks and keystroke activity and other browsing, search or purchasing behavior. These tools may also record Usage Information entered when Participants interact with the Community or engage in chat features through the Community. 5.3. The Community Owner may derive the approximate location of Participants' device from their IP address. The Community Owner may combine this information with other location-based information, such as billing or postal code. Participants have the ability to stop the collection of precise location information at any time. 5.4. The Community Owner and its third-party partners collect information using cookies, pixel tags, or similar technologies. Third-party partners, such as analytics and advertising partners, may use these technologies to collect information about Participants' online activities over time and across different services. The Community Owner may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. Please review your web browser’s “Help” file to learn how you may modify your cookie settings. Please note that if you delete or choose not to accept cookies from the Community, you may not be able to utilize the features of the Community to their fullest potential.

  6. Personal data may be used for the following promotional purposes, including but not limited to: 6.1. Communicate with Participants about the Service, including updates, schedule changes, or important announcements. 6.2. Organize and facilitate the Service. 6.3. Provide access to Service materials, presentations, or recordings. 6.4. Personalize the Service experience, including tailoring content or recommendations based on Participant preferences. 6.5. Improve the Service, Community Owner's services, and understand Participant needs and interests. 6.6. Conduct surveys, evaluations, or research related to the Service. 6.7. Comply with legal obligations or to protect the Community Owner's rights and interests. 6.8. Send promotional offers, newsletters, or marketing communications. 6.9. Personalize Community Owner's content, recommendations, or advertisements. 6.10. Conduct market research, analytics, and statistical analysis. 6.11. Improve Community Owner's products, services, and website functionality. 6.12. Respond to Participants' comments, questions, and requests, and to provide customer service. 6.13. Detect, investigate and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities and protect our rights and property. 6.14. Any other legitimate promotional purposes of Organizer’s products and services.

  7. The Community Owner may share personal data with: 7.1. Community Owner's employees, agents, consultants, and other affiliates, including Printify Development SIA. 7.2. Third-party service providers who assist the Community Owner in organizing the Service. 7.3. Community Owner's business partners or affiliates for joint marketing or promotional activities, with consent from Participants where required by law. 7.4. Law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, or other third parties when necessary to comply with legal obligations, enforce rights of the Community Owner, or protect the rights, property, or safety of individuals or others. 7.5. Affiliates of the Service Affiliate Program if the Participant has signed up using a custom coupon code from an affiliate.

  8. Personal information may be shared in aggregated or anonymized form for statistical analysis, marketing, or promotional purposes.

  9. Participants have the right to:9.1. Access their personal data and request information about its usage.9.2. Rectify any inaccurate or incomplete personal or account data.9.3. Unsubscribe from promotional emails via the link provided in the emails. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving promotional messages from the Organizer, you will still receive administrative communications.9.4. Object to the data usage for promotional purposes.9.5. Stop the collection of location information at any time through your device’s operating system settings. If you do so, certain features may no longer function properly.9.6. Deactivate promotional and non-promotional push notifications or alerts to their mobile device by changing the notification settings on their mobile device.9.7. Deactivate or delete their account.9.8. Ask the Community Owner for supplementary information about: 9.8.1. The categories of data the Organizer is processing; 9.8.2. The purposes of data processing; 9.8.3. The categories of third parties to whom the data may be disclosed; 9.8.4. How long the data will be stored for (or the criteria used to determine that timeframe);9.9. Unless otherwise provided in the Privacy Policy or the Terms, Participants can exercise these rights at any time by sending the Community Owner an email to privacy@printify.com.

  10. If Participants provide or share information with other Participants, they may use it for their own purposes. If Participants post information or content, such as by posting photos, commenting on a blog, or participating in the Community, or interact with the Community through social media sites, plug-ins or other applications, depending upon their privacy settings, this information may become public on the internet. The Community Owner cannot prevent further use of this information. Participants can control what data they share through privacy settings available on some social media sites. Please refer to those third-party sites’ privacy policies and terms of use to learn more about their privacy practices, which we do not control.

  11. The Community may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools, which let the Participants to share actions they take on the Community with other media, and vice versa. Participants' use of such features enables the sharing of information with their friends or the public, depending on the settings they establish with the entity that provides the social sharing feature. For more information about the purpose and scope of data collection and processing in connection with social sharing features, please visit the privacy policies of the entities that provide these features.

  12. The Community may contain links to other websites, including our affiliated or co-branded websites and communities. Other websites and communities may also reference or link to the Community. These other websites and communities may not be controlled by the Community Owner. Participants are encouraged to read the privacy policies of every website, community, or mobile application that collects personal information. The Community Owner does not endorse, screen or approve, and is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of other websites, communities, or mobile applications. Visiting these other websites is at your own risk.

  13. The Community Owner has physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information collected by the Community Owner. The Community Owner operates on servers and cloud components that may be located in various jurisdictions and comply with international standards. Access is limited to specific employees only and protected by two-factor authentication.

  14. Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in these Terms unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. The criteria used to determine the retention period include the nature of the personal data, the purpose for which it was collected, legal obligations, and our business needs.
